Cyril Shroff has over 36 years of experience in a range of areas, including corporate and securities law, disputes, banking, bankruptcy, infrastructure, private client, financial regulatory and others. Mr.Shroff was a member of SEBI constituted Uday Kotak Committee on Corporate Governance, SEBI Committee on Insider Trading, first apex advisory committee of the IMC International ADR Centre; advisory board member of the Centre for Study of the Legal Profession of Harvard Law School and various other committees. He was recently appointed as a task force member of Society of Insolvency Practitioners of India. He is a director on several boards.
