Herry, who was made partner in 2012, is a key figure in ABNR’s project finance & development, real estate and restructuring & insolvency practices.
In project finance & development, Herry has particular experience and expertise in the financing and development of major power-sector and industrial projects, and also regularly handles the real-estate aspects of such projects. He has worked on the financing and development of many of the largest power projects in Indonesia in recent years, including the Paiton Project and Paiton Expansion Project, Tanjung Jati B Project and Tanjung Jati B Expansion Project, Sarulla Project, Banten IPP Project, Cirebon Project and Cirebon Expansion Project, Central Java Power Project, Kalsel Project, the Wampu and Semangka Hydro Power Projects, and the Muara Laboh Geothermal Project.

In real estate, he recently completed work on the assignment of land assets from the Asahan Authority (a state industrial development authority) to Inalum – this was a monumental project involving the transfer of titles over some 1,200 hectares of land following the government’s decision to dissolve the Asahan Authority.
