Neha has approximately nine years of professional experience and is presently involved with the Firm’s aviation, corporate and dispute resolution practice. She has vast experience of arbitration matters, commercial & corporate transactions, financing, and deal structuring, bankruptcy and liquidation et al.

She represents various international lessors, banks and manufacturers, in transactions including leasing into India, sale and purchase of aircraft, secured warehouse facility et al and repossessions, including export and was involved in and has advised Clients on repossessions triggered by Kingfisher, SpiceJet and the most recent Jet Airways.

She also works closely with the Government of India on formulation of policy and legal framework particularly impacting the Aviation Industry and is widely regarded as a ‘key name’ amongst Indian aviation lawyers.

Has been ranked by Legal 500 as the ‘Next Generation Lawyer’.
