Has over twelve years of experience of over 600 transactions in aviation and structured finance and has advised on leasing, financing, securitization and structuring of various cross border aviation matters. His practice areas primarily are transaction structuring, regulatory compliance, repossessions and litigation and the clients include major manufacturers, lessors, leading banks & financial institutions and export credit agencies across the globe, such as Apollo, BBAM, Aircastle, Orix, BNPP, Spectre, Avolon, BCC, Willis, HSBC, BoCA, to name a few. He also advises on dispute resolution and general corporate & commercial matters.

Has a vast litigation experience and was particularly involved in the Kingfisher, SpiceJet and other repossessions and is preferred for his commercial acumen, straightforward advise and solution oriented approach.
