Transactions/Cases Handled: 
Ms. Reyes-Rodolfo specializes in general corporate work, banking, finance, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, and special registrations with governmental agencies. She has been involved in projects relating to the establishment of branch offices, subsidiaries, and regional operating headquarters in the Philippines and business transactions involving legal due diligence reviews, privatization and build-operate-transfer projects, among others. She has assisted a client in obtaining a PhP1.4 Billion Term Loan Facility for the construction of portions of the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road and another client in obtaining a PhP2.4 Billion Term Loan Facility for the acquisition of a major oil company’s LPG business. She has also provided advice and assistance to a corporate conglomerate that underwent a restructuring aimed to consolidate all of its real estate companies into a single company through a tender offer, merger, share for share swap and property for share swap (which transaction was awarded by Alpha Southeast Asia Magazine as the Most Innovative Deal for Property Merger for 2013).

Ms. Reyes is an active member of the Makati City Chapter of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.

Ms. Reyes-Rodolfo co-authored a number of publications, including the Philippine chapters for the “International Liability of Corporate Directors” published by the Center for International Legal Studies and “Chartis D&O Guide” published by Chartis Asia and Allens Arthur Robinson. Ms. Reyes-Rodolfo was and continues to be a contributor to the “Starting a Business” section of the Doing Business publication of the World Bank Group.

Education

Education/Academic Attainments: 
Ms. Reyes-Rodolfo obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2005, graduating with honors. She completed her degree in Bachelor of Science, major in Psychology from the Ateneo De Manila University, where she graduated with honors in 2001.
