Career

Shree Sinha is a partner and senior member of Desai & Diwanji’s corporate commercial practice. He has been with the firm since 1998, except for a brief period when he was based in the United States and was the global head of the South Asia practice of a white-shoe firm.

Shree’s practice encompasses a broad range of corporate transactional work with a focus on cross-border as well as domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, venture capital funding, financing transactions, and offshore bond issues. He has handled acquisitions and divestitures in competitive auctions as well as non-auction contexts, and has also advised on risk management, litigation avoidance, as well as corporate governance.
