Position

Pearlyn Xie has been involved in a wide range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on corporate finance, regulatory compliance and mergers and acquisitions.

In the area of corporate finance, Pearlyn has acted for listed companies on initial public offerings, cross-border dual listings, reverse take-overs, de-listings and fund-raising exercises such as rights issues and placements. This includes advising listed companies on compliance with post-listing requirements of the SGX-ST.

She has also been involved in a variety of general corporate matters and has advised both listed and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
