Kai Zee is a Partner of Shook Lin & Bok LLP. He specialises in local and cross border banking & finance, securitisation and debt restructuring. He has extensive experience in advising on syndicated lending, structured finance, leveraged buy-outs and acquisition finance, structured trade finance, Islamic finance, project finance, property development finance, vessel finance, REIT financing, cross-border finance, sale of debts, debt programmes, rated and unrated commercial mortgage backed securities, securitisation programmes and on and off-balance sheet residential receivables-back securities. He also advises financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters.

With the knowledge and experience which he has accumulated over the past two decades in his area of practice, Kai Zee is also the legal trainer for a number of banks in Singapore and the region.
