Career

Chang-hee Shin is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. She practices primarily in the areas of overseas project development and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.

Ms. Shin has extensive experience in working with Korean corporate clients in the power and energy industries in project developments and acquisition of power and energy companies and assets in various regions from structuring, documentation, and negotiation to implementation of complex projects.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Ms. Shin worked at Hong Kong office of Baker & McKenzie and also at New York office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.

Ms. Shin received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1999 and a B.A. from the College of Business Administration, Seoul National University in 1995. She is admitted to the New York bar.
