Min Chul Park is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice.

Mr. Park counsels corporate clients on a wide range of competition law matters, with an emphasis on investigations of illegal practices in the media and telecommunication market.

Mr. Park worked at the Korea Communications Commission (KCC) for four years, and has experience with a variety of telecommunication regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, license applications, regulatory compliance, and regulatory examinations. Furthermore, he has often taken part in task forces for policy and institute decision-making of KCC and Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP) as an advisory member.

Mr. Park has authored several special articles for a professional magazine and co-published books about regulatory issues in the media sector, including entertainment.

Mr. Park graduated from Seoul National University and attended the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He is admitted to the Korean bar.
