Career
Tae Min Yun is a senior attorney at Kim & Chang who has expertise in structured finance, capital markets, investment management, financing and corporate financing. Her major clients include domestic and foreign financial institutions, securities companies and other financial institutions.
Ms. Yun held lectures on Asset-Backed Securitization procedures at the Korea Banking Institute and on Offshore Investments for Financial Institutions for certain financial companies. She was selected as the Rising Star in IFLR1000 (Euromoney, 2022) and as the Rising Star in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific: Capital Markets (Legalease, 2022).
