Woojae Kim is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices in a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and international securities offerings.

He has represented Korean conglomerates, international investment banks and private equity clients in many high-profile transactions involving Korean businesses.

Prior to joining Kim & Chang, Mr. Kim worked as a partner at Paul Hastings in Seoul. He also previously worked in the Hong Kong office of Paul Hastings, and the Hong Kong and New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Mr. Kim received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2005, and an LL.B. from Seoul National University in 1996. He is admitted to the New York bar.
