Acting on behalf of a prominent Japanese beauty and health products company PIAS Corporation, we successfully cancel a registered trademark in the name of a Thai company on the ground of non-use.
Advised a local Thai company, Iron Butterfly Co., Ltd., on a cross-border IP licensing and distributorship issue, to secure a Licensing & Distributorship Agreement with an American cosmetics company.
Successfully obtained registration for a suggestive trademark “COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC OFFICE” at the Appeal Court on behalf of Wells Fargo & Company.
