Career

Kelvin Leung regularly advises banks and assets management institutions in Hong Kong, Macau and the PRC on cross-border secured and unsecured, bilateral and syndicated loan financing involving acquisition financing, project financing and real estate financing and advises on the related laws and regulations. In addition to preparing and reviewing finance documents (including syndicated loan documentation), Kelvin also advises banks on sale and purchase of loans in the secondary market.

Kelvin also has strong practice in trust, advising professional trustee companies in establishing and administering share award schemes, share match schemes and other employee incentive schemes for listed companies and private companies in Hong Kong.  He also advises on the rights, powers and obligations of professional and individual trustees involving drafting and reviewing trust documentation for employee incentive schemes, charitable trusts and private trusts.
