Teresa’s practice focus is on banking and finance as well as having solid experience advising clients on restructuring and insolvency matters.

Teresa often acts for lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured syndicated and single loan transactions (including cross-border and PRC transactions). She also advises lenders and borrowers on the commercial and financing aspects of a transaction project. In addition, Teresa advises clients on commodities and structured trade finance transactions, the financing aspects in M&A and private equity investments, and provides advice to banks and financial institutions on compliance and regulatory matters. She assists clients in obtaining banking, money broker and money lender licenses in Hong Kong, and drafting banking documentation for various products.

She also advises liquidators, trustees, creditors and debtors on debt recovery, bankruptcy, winding-up and restructuring including schemes of arrangement.
