Career
Jeremy is head of the financial services practice. He has over 20 years’ experience advising on the structuring, establishment and promotion of private funds as well as the authorisation of retail funds for sale to the public in Hong Kong.
Jeremy also advises across a wide spectrum of legal and regulatory matters relevant to the asset management industry. His practice includes assisting clients with the establishment of SFC-regulated businesses in the territory; assisting with SFC licensing matters; advising on ongoing regulatory and compliance obligations; and advising on the marketing of collective investment schemes.
