Karen Chan has considerable experience of different kinds of property related transactions, including sale and purchase of commercial, industrial and residential properties, leasing and licensing of all kinds of properties, all types of general conveyancing matters and advice.

She has acted for major banks in Hong Kong on numerous land related security financing, including all types of mortgages and security documentation.

Some of Karen’s experience includes acting for clients in the sale of properties directly by private treaty or public tender or through sale of shares of the companies owning the properties; acting for clients in the purchase of properties directly or through acquisition of shares of the companies owning the properties; and acting for large corporations involving intra-group restructuring and transfer of properties and giving various advices in relation thereto.

Karen has also acted for major landlords and tenants on commercial and residential leasing matters and advised banks in Hong Kong on property financing and refinancing transactions.
