Shin & Kim’s litigation group consists of five main practice areas: public law, construction and real estate, financial, corporate and IT disputes. The team has significantly increased its bench strength, with seven partner promotions in March 2021 in addition to the hire of four judges, from Seoul Northern District Court, Seoul District Court and two members from Seoul Hight Court. Jae Yun Yun is an expert in the field of construction and real estate disputes and leads the team that includes litigator and arbitrator Jong-Han Oh who focuses on finance securities and commercial transactions, and Sookmi Lee who handles general corporate disputes.
