Kasem has over 27 years’ experience in managing complex litigation and commercial disputes in Thailand. He has represented global and large domestic corporations across multiple sectors, including in matters relating to the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, bankruptcy, debt, aircraft leases, general commercial, insurance, and the full spectrum of contentious labour and employment matters.

Kasem has litigated in every major Thai court, and is experienced in assisting clients to achieve outcomes through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, conciliation, and arbitration.
