She has advised on high-profile take-overs and privatisations in Malaysia and has been involved in domestic and cross border transactions across a broad spectrum of industries such as manufacturing, retail, FinTech, energy and power, education and healthcare.

Tze Lin graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of Manchester in 2009. She was admitted as a Barrister with Lincoln’s Inn in 2010, and an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011. She joined the Firm in 2011 as a pupil and was seconded to Allen & Gledhill LLP, Singapore in 2014.
