Dr Win’s practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, project financing, taxation, customs, labour and employment and government contract matters as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
She also has extensive experience in advising foreign and local companies on a range of cross-border investments across industries including energy, mining, telecommunications, real estate and agriculture.
She began her career with the Department of Law, University of Yangon, before moving on to work with international and regional firms. She was most recently a Partner with the Myanmar office of a South-east Asian law firm, and prior to that, an Associate Director with a professional services firm. She joined the Allen & Gledhill (Myanmar) in 2016.
