Co-Head of the Firm’s White Collar & Investigations Practice

Career

Jason is a Senior Counsel in the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department. His practice focuses on complex litigation, investigations and international arbitration. Jason is also Co-Head of the Firm’s White Collar & Investigations Practice. As a former prosecutor and judicial officer, Jason often advises on regulatory and white-collar criminal cases, such as market misconduct, regulatory breaches, corporate fraud and corruption.

Prior to joining Allen & Gledhill, Jason was an Assistant Registrar at the Supreme Court of Singapore. He also previously served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel in the Attorney-General’s Chambers of Singapore, and as a Justices’ Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Education

Graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) degree (First Class) in 2002. He obtained an LL.M. from Columbia University in the City of New York in 2009.
