Career

Prawiro specialises in mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. He advises corporate clients and private equity funds on merger and acquisition transactions in Singapore and South-east Asia, with a focus on Indonesia. His practice also includes advising on equity capital market transactions.

His transactional experience covers a range of sectors, from more specialised sectors such as banking, insurance and shipping, to general consumer, manufacturing and distribution. Notable transactions which he has advised on include the largest outbound acquisition by a Singapore corporation or bank to-date, the largest private equity investment in Indonesia to-date, and the largest Singapore rights issue to-date.

Prawiro joined Allen & Gledhill in December 1994 as a pupil and was made a Partner in 2000.
