Gloria’s areas of expertise are in intellectual property, technology and pharmaceuticals, health products, cosmetics and food regulation.

Her experience involves a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters involving trade mark, copyright, patent, domain names, confidential information and data protection. Her experience includes conducting intellectual property due diligence in corporate transactions, conducting intellectual property audits for clients, advising clients on the acquisition of intellectual property and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements relating to the acquisition of intellectual property.

Gloria’s practice includes advising on the execution and negotiation of technology contracts and as part of her experience, has managed information technology disputes spanning a range of different technologies and offerings.

She has expertise in the regulatory aspects of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, medical technology, health products, biomedical research, cosmetics and food law. Her experience includes drafting and advising clients on clinical trial agreements, informed consent documents for use in clinical trials and other commercial agreements relating to pharmaceuticals, medical devices and health products.

Gloria joined the Firm in 2006 after she was called to the Singapore Bar.
