Apurva’s expertise lies in handling transactions in debt capital markets including issue of non-convertible and optionally convertible debentures, security receipts, structured products, offshore bond issuance and security creation in relation thereto. She has played a pivotal role in advising and strategizing on various complex debt capital market transactions.
Apurva has represented various foreign portfolio investors, financial institutions, merchant bankers, alternative investment funds, issuers and their promoters, relating to a wide range of financing deals including project financing, acquisition and leveraged financing, mortgage and asset-based financing. Apurva regularly advises funds on regulatory and compliance requirements as regards their formation / structuring and advising on primary and secondary investments.
