Neil is a partner in the property team and has considerable experience of acting on large scale complex regeneration projects and property transactions including advising on joint ventures and collaboration structures. He specialises in all aspects of commercial development and urban regeneration including joint venture and public sector structures, development agreements, conditional sale contracts, building agreements, agreements for lease and lease overage agreements and funding.

Previous to SAS Daniels, Neil spent over six years in the Property team at Hull City Council legal services where he dealt with major development and regeneration projects including the development of a 210 acre site for mixed use comprising green energy production, hydroponics, education and office use, the development of a business park to provide 250,000 square feet of office space and the redevelopment of a shopping centre comprising 25,000 square feet of retail space for sale of food and goods together with a public open space.


Trained and qualified at Andrew and Co (1986 – 1989), Andrew M Jackson & Co (1989 – 1994), Walker Morris (1994 – 1998) and most recently Kingston upon Hull City Council (2009 – 2015).
