Ben is an Associate in our Residential Real Estate department and acts for property investors, private clients, high net worth individuals, developers, and lenders on all types of residential transactions including sales, purchases, refinances of leasehold and freehold properties, lease extensions, and enfranchisement.

Ben has built enduring relationships with his contacts, many of which were made when he was a trainee solicitor and who are now well-established clients. Ben likes to drive the deal through utilising his communication skills and his personalised service to engage directly with his clients and all parties to help secure the clients ultimate goal.
