Position

Partner with broad pensions experience. Emily has been involved in a number of large defined benefit scheme restructurings, advising extensively in relation to future service changes and associated consultation exercises and contractual changes. She has extensive experience of assisting trustees and employers in responding to or formulating proposals for managing defined benefit liabilities.

Emily also advises some of the firm’s largest defined contribution clients and has been on the leading edge providing advice in relation to the new “pension freedoms”.
