Position

Kelly helps employers to manage difficult employees, defend complex Employment Tribunal claims, and to undertake redundancy and restructuring exercises. She also works closely with HR teams and directors, advising on policies and procedures, as well as providing in-depth training.

Kelly’s work spans across various sectors including healthcare, logistics, leisure, construction, engineering, manufacturing, financial services and energy. Many of her clients are large multinationals, NHS Trusts, local authorities and charities, as well as family-owned businesses and start-ups.

She has developed a specialism in advising Church of England Dioceses on a range of HR and clergy-related matters, such as performance and sickness issues.

Career

Kelly qualified as a solicitor in 2002. Prior to joining Keystone Law in 2020, she worked at Prettys.
