The team at Russell-Cooke LLP counts large corporates, high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, SMEs and family businesses among its clients, and specialises in the technology, marketing and PR, travel and leisure, and property sectors. Guy Wilmot advised B2B market research consultancy Circle Research on the sale of the company to Next Fifteen Communications Group. David Webster acted for The Gym Limited on its acquisition of a gym from Rush Fitness. Jonathan Thornton leads the team; property sector expert Scott Leonard is also noted. Other clients include Your Self Store, Moulton Goodies, G Adventures and Beavis Morgan.

The team at Russell-Cooke LLP  has strong relationships with a number of bank clients, including Barclays, Habib Bank AG Zurich and Bank of Singapore; it also recently acted for Standard Bank Jersey and several offshore trust companies in relation to the refinancing of a portfolio of commercial properties. Also on the lender side, the team advised Calmez, an SPV, on development stretch financing for a residential conversion project in Cornwall. The team also acts for borrower clients, particularly developers and offshore investors. Helen Edwards leads the team, which also includes Matthew Garrod,  Kathrin McClintock, Scott Leonard, David Webster and James Harris, who was promoted to partner in July 2018.
