Kelly is a Senior Associate in the Cardiff medical negligence team. She has had nearly 13 years’ litigation experience in both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. She was an Associate Partner at Leo Abse and Cohen Solicitors and is now a Senior Associate at Slater and Gordon Lawyers advising clients on a wide range of claims to include delayed/missed diagnosis, negligent surgery/treatment and claims in involving adults, adults under a disability, children and bereaved families.

Kelly has a reputation as adopting a very practical approach to litigation and is respected by her peers, opponents and is well thought of by Counsel.  She is unafraid of making tough decisions.  She has significant trial experience.
