Kylie joined Roythornes in 2021. She has considerable experience dealing with commercial property matters but has a passion for agricultural property and has joined Roythornes in the Agricultural Property Team.

She has experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in granting and negotiating both new and renewal leases, deeds of surrender, deeds of variations and occupational licences for both retail and office premises. Kylie’s work has also included land and property sales, acquisitions, and refinancing exercises. In the past Kylie has done a lot of bridging finance work acting for both lenders and borrowers and provided a property corporate support role dealing with property warranties and title matters.

In acting for sellers Kylie has experience in land sales for development opportunities requiring negotiation of option agreements and pre-emption agreements. Her agricultural experience has involved the sale and purchase of bare land, granting and surrendering both farm business tenancies and grazing licences, overage arrangements, compulsory purchase orders and refinancing.
