Oscar joined Roythornes in 2019 and works in our Private Client team, qualifying as a Solicitor in January 2022. Locally educated at Bourne Grammar School, Oscar graduated from Keele University with a first-class honours degree in law and completed the Legal Practice Course in Liverpool.

Oscar has experience providing lifetime estate planning advice, including the creation and administration of trusts, preparing bespoke Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. He deals with estate administration, advising executors and personal representatives, preparing tax accounts, mitigating potential inheritance tax liability and obtaining grant of probate and letters of administration.

Oscar supports a variety of Private Client matters for clients involved in the agricultural and food industries.
