Position
Alex acts for a variety of clients in connection with a range of finance, commercial and corporate matters.
Alex’s practice includes advising a range of clients, including lenders, loan servicers and other participants in the real estate finance sector, on both new loan originations and restructuring existing loan transactions. He acts for and advises a variety of stakeholders, on all forms of contentious and non-contentious insolvency situations.
Alex also advises on M & A transactions and all forms of corporate and commercial contracts including shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements, IT and telecommunication contracts and terms and conditions of business. In addition, Alex provides advice and support to companies, charities and not for profit organisations in relation to corporate governance issues.
Working closely with RK’s Real Estate Group, Alex has acted for funders on real estate development projects, advising on the preparation and negotiation of all forms of industry standard and bespoke construction contracts.
