Susan Aslan
Position
Susan Aslan is a partner and founding member of ACK Media Law LLP, jointly heading the media litigation department. She was a partner at D J Freeman, Olswang and Howard Kennedy before founding ACK Media Law LLP, a specialist media law firm. She advises on all areas of media litigation, including advising broadcasters, TV and film production companies, newspapers and publishers. Her areas of expertise include defamation, infringement of copyright, privacy, data protection and format rights. She regularly speaks and gives interviews on media law matters. Although Susan is a litigation expert, she spends a great deal of time advising on resolving disputes and avoiding litigation in a commercial and cost effective way.
