Position

Sean is Partner in charge of the firm’s residential property services in Edinburgh and the Lothians. A native of West Lothian, Sean operates mainly from our Edinburgh property branch and has over ten years of experience working in the Edinburgh property market. 

Sean is well placed to deliver quality advice to his clients in Edinburgh and throughout the Lothians. He is experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including purchases, sales, mortgage and remortgage work, transfers of title, and shared equity arrangements. He can also assist with asset protection, trusts, wills and estate planning. 

Sean previously worked at a mid-size Edinburgh property firm, before moving to Aberdein Considine in 2013. Sean was promoted to associate in 2015 and promoted again to partner in 2016.
