Position

Gemma is an Associate with Aberdein Considine’s Commercial Real Estate team and has more than 10 years’ experience in property law. She assists a broad range of clients with property acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, residential developments, bank security and financing, and the acquisition, disposal and refinancing of commercial and residential property portfolios. Although her focus has most recently been on commercial property Gemma also has experience in dealing with residential property transactions, complex corrective conveyancing and has acted on behalf of both lenders and insolvency practitioners in relation to residential and commercial property matters.
