Nicola is a Partner in Aberdein Considine’s employment team and is a Signet-accredited specialist in her chosen field.

Based in Aberdeen, she assists business and individual clients with employment-related matters whether they are contentious or non-contentious.

These include advising on business restructures, transfers of undertakings, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancy queries as well as settlement agreements, contract consultations, HR issues and tribunal representation when required.

Nicola originally trained with Aberdein Considine and rejoined the firm 2020 from Mackinnons, where she led the employment team for a number of years.
