The commercial litigation team at Rollits LLP has expertise in shareholder and partnership disputes, sale of goods and product liability cases, business protection matters and construction disputes, with particular experience assisting clients in the motor retail and education sectors. Practice head George Coyle regularly handles warranty claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and contract and product liability claims, while Ralph Gilbert focuses on property litigation.
