Legal Director. Zoe Eastell is a highly experienced insurance lawyer with particular expertise in defending professional negligence claims against construction professionals including architects, engineers, project managers, property managers, surveyors and design and build contractors. She also specialises in defending those accused of professional misconduct, in particular surveyors before the Ombudsman and in RICS disciplinary cases. Zoe has been involved in many high value and complex disputes involving projects both in the UK and worldwide, and is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
Zoe is often instructed in relation to complex policy coverage disputes, including disputes arising from professional indemnity and CAR insurance policies. She also specialises in advising insurers in relation to claims arising from property damage.
