Position
Mamata is a Legal Director specialising in defending health and safety investigations and prosecutions at all stages, from the immediate aftermath of an incident, through the investigation process up to and including trial. She also represents companies and / or individuals at inquests.
Mamata also has significant experience advising on policy coverage matters, product liability claims and representing defendants in a broad range of catastrophic personal injury claims, including those involving chronic pain syndrome and somatoform disorders.
Career
Completed training contract at Anthony Gold, qualified 2002. Assistant Solicitor at Hill Dickinson LLP 2002 – 2005, joined RPC as an Assistant Solicitor 2005; Legal Director 2015. Publications of note: Contributing author to ‘Insurance for the Construction Industry’ Hogarth OUP 2012.
