Led by Finella Fogarty , RPC provides a ‘highly technical and cost-effective’ service to a range of stakeholders, including IPs, on domestic and multi-jurisdictional contentious and non-contentious corporate and personal insolvencies. Leveraging the firm’s overarching longstanding insurance credentials, the team is a natural choice for clients involved in insolvencies in this highly regulated sector. The retail sector is another area of strength, with Tim Moynihan, who is appreciated for his ability to provide ‘comprehensive and efficient advice’, regularly engaged from a distressed M&A and insolvency perspective.
