Victoria is a Partner in the Tax and Private Client team, providing expert advice on wills, estate and succession planning, tax and trusts to private clients and trustees. She is highly regarded for her advice to charities, in particular on charity formation and management. Victoria's practice includes the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. She is experienced with traditional landed estates and heritage property.
