Within: Personal tax, trusts and probate

The size of the team at RadcliffesLeBrasseur allows it to advise on a broad range of HNW specialisms centred around private wealth, tax and estate planning. It is strong across the board from international wills and estate planning through to trust and international trust advice. It advises both individuals and professional trustees on a myriad of issues from Trustee Act 2000 obligations through to changes in the taxation of UK residential property. It is also strong on landed estate and heritage asset matters, as a number of its clients have significant collections of art, antiques and chattels. It has a China desk and through Tulin Hamit has a well-regarded Turkish markets team. Heads of department Jonathan Shankland and Victoria Fairley receive a lot of plaudits.
