Suzanne is the Deputy Managing Partner and heads the restructuring & insolvency
team. She has over 20 years’ experience providing insolvency, turnaround and
transaction advice on issues arising in administrations, receiverships, liquidations,
bankruptcies, voluntary arrangements, security issues, fraud and asset tracing.
Suzanne is a trusted board advisor for a number of clients in a number of different industry sectors, with specialisms in professional services,retail and construction.

Clark and Smith have together been advising Dutch YouTube services company Zoom.In on the UK aspects of a dispute with MNN which involves content-hosting arrangements, services and a shareholders‚Äô agreement. William Richmond-Coggan, who¬†has higher rights of audience, has been acting for One Step (Support) in bringing a non-competition and non-solicitation clauses claim against two individuals, which was heard in the Supreme Court in late 2017. In 2017, the number of contentious matters increased, especially in terms of antecedent matters, director claims, bribery, corruption, criminal proceedings, injunctions and asset tracing. In a recent highlight, the 'vastly experienced' Suzanne Brooker and David Williams represented the trustee in a six-figure bankruptcy and the bankrupt's application to annul the proceeding and set aside the judgment, as well as in a claim for the possession of their home. 'Rising star' Stacey Jones, who was promoted to partner in 2017 and has an 'incredible work ethic', acted in a multi-million-pound misfeasance claim against two directors of a company in liquidation.
