He has wide-ranging experience in high value, complex and multijurisdictional disputes resolved by litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. He has acted on a variety of contentious issues involving fraud, asset recovery, contractual, tortious and restitutionary claims, insolvency, product liability, shareholder disputes, food safety, and real estate.
