Sarah is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and has advised and represented both private and public clients in high value, contentious and multijurisdictional disputes involving contractual, tortious and equitable claims. Sarah has acted on a range of complex, fraud, asset recovery, trust, regulatory and insurance matters. She has experience in resolving disputes through litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution.
