Position

Rosie is an associate in the Dispute Resolution department with particular focus on contentious trusts and probate disputes.

Rosie has experience of advising companies, trustees and individuals on a wide range of matters, with particular experience in large-scale multi-jurisdictional litigation. She has recently been involved in acting in claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and Court of Protection proceedings, and advises both trustees and beneficiaries in relation to removal and replacement applications, and cross-border trust litigation.

Rosie also has experience advising on professional negligence claims, as well as commercial litigation and judicial review proceedings.

Career

Rosie joined Payne Hicks Beach in August 2022. Prior to that she completed her training contract at Baker McKenzie and qualified into their Dispute Resolution department in March 2020.

Education

Rosie graduated from the University of Bristol with a First Class degree in Music. She obtained a Commendation in her GDL, and a Distinction in the LPC.
