Career

Rob is a highly experienced personal injury solicitor, specialising in all aspects of serious injury claims.

Qualified as a solicitor for some 26 years, Rob acts exclusively for claimants. His cases involve injuries of the utmost severity such as amputations of upper and lower limbs, brachial plexus injuries, brain and spinal cord injuries, multiple orthopaedic injuries and fatal accidents. He has a vast experience in dealing with accidents arising out of road traffic accidents (particularly involving motorcyclists and cyclists), accidents at work and injuries arising from clinical negligence.

Rob’s first priority in any case is to assist where possible with any financial and rehabilitation needs, benefits and housing. He will then assemble the best medical and legal team to help pursue your claim for damages.

An accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Rob was also appointed by the Law Society as an assessor on the Law Society Catastrophic Injury Accreditation Panel (an accreditation scheme for specialist solicitors in this field).

Rob acts as a Trustee for Headway West Sussex, a branch of the national charity, assisting brain injured people in the West Sussex area.

Leisure

In his spare time Rob is a keen road cyclist and can be seen in the Surrey Hills most weekends. He also enjoys watching his children play various competitive sports.
