Claire is an associate solicitor in the family team at Osbornes Law. Her practice involves all aspects of private family law, including representing clients navigating a no fault divorce, the associated financial or children issues that may arise and complex private children cases, with particular expertise in relocation cases. Claire also advises clients in relation to non-matrimonial matters such a nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
Claire qualified as a family solicitor in February 2016 and moved from a Legal 500 firm in the Thames Valley to Osbornes Law Family team, in April 2017.
She studied at Loughborough University before undertaking her Graduate Diploma of Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, obtaining a distinction. Claire is an active member of Resolution.
Working on a range of cases, Claire understands her clients’ needs when dealing with emotionally-trying circumstances. She is empathetic, with a strong technical ability and a successful track record for providing clear judgement and guidance.
