Riccardo’s career with Osborne Clarke has taken him all the way from his law degree, to his current position as Managing Partner and Head of our Milan Office.
An expert in corporate and commercial law, Riccardo is one of the many reasons a number of Osborne Clarke’s most long-standing clients return to the firm for its services time and again.
With an uncanny ability to predict and uncover emerging industry trends, his own knowledge is backed by a deep bench of talent across his Milan team. His own wide-ranging corporate practice covers both transactional and advisory work, and he regularly advises on domestic and cross-border M&A work, growth and venture transactions, acting for institutions, management teams and corporates.

Osborne Clarke‘s energy team provides advice on a wide range of energy-related issues, including renewable energy, energy storage and regulation, as well as photovoltaic, biogas, energy-from-waste and geothermal plants. Head of the corporate and M&A team Riccardo Roversi specialises in renewable energy, asset sales, M&A operations and joint ventures, while Giovanni Penzo is noted for his expertise in waste-to-energy projects, acquisitions and demergers in the energy sector.
